The USFans spreadsheet
China finds with the seller's price and QC photos — plus what the parcel actually costs you once it has cleared customs.
Finds with a USFans link
Seller prices in USD, before the agent fee and shipping
Every “Buy on USFans” button above opens that exact listing inside USFans, already converted from the seller's page. We do not sell anything and take no payments — everything listed is sold by third-party sellers in China, USFans buys it on your behalf, and nothing here is authenticated or inspected by us. What it costs you landed.
Where this list comes from
The full archive
The spreadsheet above is the USFans slice of a much larger archive. CHINA-FINDS keeps the item pages, the QC galleries and the agent links for all of it — and it is the same people who maintain this site.
- QC photos against every findWarehouse photographs from other people's orders of the same item, so you can judge a seller before you spend anything.
- Every agent, not only USFansIf you already have a balance somewhere else, the same item carries that agent's link too.
- Filter by category, brand, size and priceCut the whole archive down to your size and your budget instead of scrolling a sheet.
The part nobody adds up
What a parcel actually costs you
Five lines, in the order they land. The first is the only one most people budget for, and it is routinely the smallest.
The seller's price
Paid to the seller
What the item costs on Weidian, Taobao or 1688. It is the number on every card above and the one people quote to each other.
Domestic shipping in China
Paid to the seller
Posting it to the agent's warehouse. Small, charged per seller, and often waived above an order value.
The agent's service fee
Paid to USFans
For buying on your behalf, receiving the parcel, storing it and photographing it.
International freight
Paid to the shipping line
The big one. Priced on weight or volume, whichever is greater, and quoted per destination — which is why a quote to Texas and a quote to Toronto are different arguments.
Duty, tax and brokerage
Paid to your own country
Assessed by CBP or CBSA and collected by the carrier, usually with a brokerage fee on top. Not set by the agent, not insurable through them, and the part most people leave out of the sum.
Landed cost
The sum of all five. You see the first four in your cart before you pay; the fifth arrives from the carrier, usually after the parcel has already crossed the border.
Questions people actually ask
What is a USFans spreadsheet?
A list of items worth buying with the links that open them at a shopping agent. The name is left over from the shared Google Sheets this hobby started with. This one is a website, it is free, and every item on it carries a USFans link that goes to that exact product.
Do the links go straight to the item?
Yes. Each 'Buy on USFans' button opens that exact listing inside USFans, already converted from the seller's page. You are not pasting a URL into a converter and you are not landing on a search result you still have to sift through.
Is the price on a card what I pay?
No, and in North America the gap is wider than most people expect. The card shows the seller's price for the item alone. Freight, the agent's fee and then duty, tax and brokerage all land on top. The landed cost page walks the whole sum.
Will I be charged duty on a parcel from China?
Possibly, and the rules for low-value shipments from China have changed recently enough that community advice is unreliable. This site does not print a threshold because any figure here would be stale within a season while continuing to rank. The US customs page links to CBP, which owns the number.
Why do the QC links open another site?
Because the archive lives there. This site keeps the USFans list and the North American cost side; CHINA-FINDS holds the item pages, the QC galleries and the links for every other agent. One copy of each item, in one place.
Who runs this, and how is it free?
Buyers, not USFans. It is free because some links here are referral links: if you register or order through one, the agent may pay us a commission, at no extra cost to you. It does not change your price and it does not decide what is on the list.

Registering is free and takes an email address. You can price a whole parcel to your own address before you spend anything.
